Avoid excessive consumption of processed foods, sugary snacks, and high-calorie beverages. Portion Control : Be mindful of portion sizes to prevent overeating. Use smaller plates and bowls to help control the amount of food you eat. Regular Exercise : Engage in regular physical activity, including a mix of cardiovascular exercises (like walking, jogging, swimming) and strength training (weight lifting, resistance exercises).
